Job summary

NextGear Capital, part of the Cox Automotive portfolio, is seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce platform in a hybrid Chester role. You’ll be the go‑to system guardian and business enabler, partnering with colleagues to deliver scalable, best‑practice solutions and keep Salesforce secure and performant.

You’ll manage users, automation, reporting and release cycles, while continuously improving processes and staying current with Salesforce releases.

• Experience administering Salesforce in a commercial environment.
• Ability to translate complex tech into clear business value.
• Comfort with release management and change control.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring

• Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Conga, DocuSign is an advantage.
• Confident in Salesforce features: Flow, Reports, Lightning, Validation Rules.
• Able to translate complex tech into clear business value.
• Strong grasp of release management and change control.
