Sales & Transport Coordinator

Are you a dedicated Sales & Transport Coordinatorlooking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation? At Hopkins, we are on the lookout for a Sales & Transport Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, the successful Sales & Transport Coordinatorwill be providing a professional service to customers, order taking customer orders and accurately translate them into a distribution schedule.

What you'll be doing

On a day to day basis, you as the successful Sales & Transport Coordinator will be carrying out a variety of tasks (not exhaustive)

• Customer order handling
• Telephone sales
• Supporting the external sales team with customer quotations

• Coordinating and organising delivery of customer orders; ensuring customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a good telephone manner and is willing to go the extra mile when necessary. Furthermore, you will be able to demonstrate previous sales knowledge gained within a customer service environment.
