The Customer Experience & Marketing team has an exciting opportunity for two Customer Experience Learning Specialists to join the team. These roles are remote, with frequent visits to London and national travel to deliver face-to-face training.
As a Customer Experience Learning Specialist, you will deliver learning solutions across Barchester Healthcare to drive high occupancy levels by converting prospective residents and short-stay residents into permanent ones. You will analyze current practices and results, immerse yourself in the enquiry-to-admission journey, and identify key conversion points to develop targeted training that maximizes conversion rates.

Your responsibilities include:
