Niko is looking for a Sales Trainee to join our team in Southam. No previous sales experience is required - full training will be provided.

You will learn how Niko's products work, support customers and distributors, process orders and quotations, and gradually develop the skills and product knowledge needed to take on greater commercial responsibility. • No prior sales experience required; willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, business or technical products.
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C+).

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately.
• Respond to customer and distributor enquiries by phone and email.
• Assist with quotations, estimates and proposals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up actions.
• Gather customer feedback and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Learn Niko's product ranges, applications, drawings and specifications.
• Support product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Attend site visits where appropriate.
• Work closely with colleagues across sales, technical and production teams.
