Job summary

Clarks in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store service, actively promoting footwear and accessories while achieving set targets and KPIs. You will create a warm brand experience and welcome every customer with knowledge and enthusiasm.

Maintain high retail standards on front and back of house, keep product knowledge current, utilise technology to enhance the shopper journey, and support in stock control and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Knowledge of footwear and accessories is a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience, including using technology to enhance the consumer journey.
• Support the achievement of store KPI targets by delivering sales at required levels.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to high brand and retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.

• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
