We are looking for a Sales Team Manager in our FlexiPay team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our FlexiPay Sales team and play a part in scaling Funding Circle’s newest product!

The role

This role involves managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager for FlexiPay.

We seek a leader who will coach, train, and develop their team to maximize potential, while also improving team efficiency and delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Motivate and performance manage your team to achieve targets, setting goals and supporting their development.
  2. Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Champion best practices and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.
  4. Represent Sales in cross-functional meetings.
  5. Develop and roll out new initiatives in collaboration with other departments.
  6. Manage stakeholders, report, and present team performance.
  7. Recruit and onboard new sales team members.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses proactively.

  1. Experience in high-volume sales roles and people management.
  2. Proven track record of achieving goals and high performance.
  3. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  4. Excellent relationship-building skills internally and externally.
