B&Q Llanelli is recruiting a Sales Team Manager to lead the Showrooms and TradePoint departments, driving sales and building a high-performing team. You will coach staff, use insights to spot opportunities and develop local customer relationships, especially with tradespeople, to fulfil B&Q’s ambition of making every customer count.

The role offers a permanent contract with 36.75 hours per week, a competitive salary up to £34,000, plus bonus, pension and generous holiday.

A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Sales Team Manager is to lead two of the most strategically important areas of our store — Showrooms and TradePoint. You’ll bring together dynamic, sales-focused teams and create a culture where every colleague is confident, proactive, and laser-focused on fulfilling B&Q’s ambition of making every customer count. You’ll make a real difference through sales coaching and performance leadership and build a high-performing team. In this role you will:

• Support our sales colleagues to build deep product knowledge and be confident to sell.
• Use customer insights and performance data to spot opportunities and respond at pace.
• Build strong local customer relationships, with a focus on Tradespeople.
