• Driving sales in holiday hire, touring, subletting, and extras.
• Monitoring KPIs and coaching team members to exceed targets.
• Leading outbound campaigns to maximize bookings.
• Handling escalated customer issues with confidence and care.
• Recruiting, training, and developing team members.
• Reporting on team performance and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborating with Parks and departments to align goals.
• Supporting daily operations and covering during peak times.
