At SIVA Group, we’re a well-established, Southampton-based business with a proud 50-year legacy. Now, we’re embarking on an exciting new chapter—launching a brand-new telesales outreach call centre—and we’re looking for the right leader to make it happen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the launch of a new telesales call centre from the ground up
  • Implementing the full tech stack, including CRM platforms like HubSpot
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring an initial team of telesales agents
  • Designing call scripts, sales workflows, and performance KPIs
  • Managing daily operations, reporting, and ongoing optimisation of the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in setting up or leading successful telesales or call centre teams
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations and CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • A hands-on leader with a proactive approach to building processes and teams
  • Comfortable managing contact databases and driving call volumes
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and team-building skills
