B&Q Chester is looking for a Sales Team Manager to lead Showrooms and TradePoint, building a high-performing, sales-focused team.

You will coach colleagues, use performance data to spot opportunities, and strengthen relationships with tradespeople to drive sales. The role offers a permanent contract, 36.75 hours per week, and a salary up to £41,000 with bonus and pension. A competitive benefits package and six weeks of holiday are included.

• Coach and develop sales teams to improve performance.
