Job summary

Breedon Group plc is seeking a Sales Supervisor based at Ethiebeaton Quarry, Dundee, to lead a team, manage day-to-day operations and deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.

You will oversee line management, drive performance improvements, coordinate distribution and transport, and work with Commercial, Technical and Distribution teams to optimise efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Line management experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced quarry environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to drive performance and KPI improvement.

Responsibilities

• Line management of the team, covering attendance, holidays, and recruitment.
• Lead Performance and Development Reviews and set SMART targets.
• Improve service levels, manage quotations, and monitor won/lost feedback.
• Coordinate transport and liaise with hauliers to deliver to customers.
• Improve KPI performance with Commercial & Distribution Managers.
