Job summary

Nutreco, serving as the parent company for Trouw Nutrition Ireland, seeks a Sales Support Manager to strengthen customer relationships, drive growth, and support Account Managers in Belfast. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, B2B sales, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of animal nutrition and feed markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across NI and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-tail customer accounts across Ireland and NI, providing commercial support.
• Promote and sell traded product portfolio to feed mills.
• Support Account Managers by advancing commercial opportunities.
• Engage with customers by phone, email and online channels; occasional field visits.
• Identify, qualify and convert sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare sales proposals and account plans; follow up on actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and international teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain customer records and use internal systems to track activity.
• Support product launches, customer communications, seminars and training activities.
