As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll be the backbone of the sales process—managing inboxes, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be handling customer queries, feeding back product issues, and supporting the sales team by taking initiative to resolve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the inboxes of one or two sales team members, ensuring prompt and professional responses

Preparing quotes and processing customer orders accurately

Handling inbound emails and phone calls, assisting customers with queries

Proactively build customer relationships and follow up opportunities

Keeping records up to date and ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system

Liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process

Taking initiative to resolve queries and support the team in day-to-day tasks

About You

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident in handling calls and responding to emails professionally

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration is a plus

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided)
