Job summary

Birds Eye UK & IE in Leeds is hiring a Sales Support Executive to cover a maternity leave. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office. You will support the Sales Team with customer administration and help ensure SOX compliance.

You'll input and check financial data, maintain the forward promotional plan in the forecasting system, and set up new products and pricing. Strong data inputting and cross-functional communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Sales Team with their Customer administration
• Helping the Sales Team get through their Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements
• Input of their forward promotional plan into the forecasting system

• New product set up and maintenance of existing product portfolio
• Setting up of new lines and pricing in our pricing systems
• Work with Sales and Finance Teams to ensure SOX compliance on all Customer investments
• Collation and filing of all SOX paperwork
• Input into sales planner promotional volume and date changes
• Setting up promotions and ongoing support with maintenance

We have an excellent opportunity to join Birds Eye as a Sales Support Executive to cover a maternity based our of our Leeds office. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail and data inputting skills.

PURPOSE & IMPACT:

• Supporting the Sales Team with their Customer administration
• Helping the Sales Team get through their Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements
• Input of their forward promotional plan into the forecasting system
• Responsible for the input and checking of internal financial administration

Responsibilities:

New product Set up and maintenance of existing product portfolio

• Setting up of new lines and pricing in our pricing systems

SOX

• Work with Sales and Finance Teams ensure SOX compliance on all Customer investments in line with Nomad Foods SOX process
• Collation and filing of all SOX paperwork

Promotional & Forecasting Admin

• Input into sales planner promotional volume and date changes agreed by Sales and Demand Planning Teams at demand meetings

Promotional Finance Admin

• Setting up promotions and ongoing support with maintenance
