Job description

We are currently recruiting for Sales Support Executives

Starting Salary - £27,747

Working Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5pm or 8am - 4:45pm

Hybrid working available after settling in period

We are looking to recruit an additional Sales Support Executive to fully support our company's growth. As a Sales Support Executive at Nisbets, you will support our largest and highest-profile customers with all order-related matters, including delivery times, stock availability, alternative products, and resolving incorrect goods received. You will undergo a two-week induction to familiarize yourself with our key systems and processes, followed by a gradual introduction to various aspects of the role at a comfortable pace.

You will join a team of nearly 30 colleagues, ensuring plenty of support and a lively atmosphere to foster your development. This role offers a great opportunity for a Sales Support Executive seeking to work for a market-leading business with diverse career paths.

What will I be doing as a Sales Support Executive?
  1. Supporting stakeholders and clients by providing quotes and processing orders upon request.
  2. Contributing to achieving revenue and margin targets for your customer base.
  3. Sourcing non-stocked products through our extensive supplier network to meet customer needs.
  4. Answering inbound calls from stakeholders and providing comprehensive resolutions, scheduling callbacks if necessary until issues are resolved.
