Job summary

Dennis Eagle is seeking a Sales Support Engineer in Warwick to provide technical expertise throughout tender, quotation and vehicle specification processes. You will work with sales, engineering and customers to ensure specifications are accurate and drawings are produced.

This role requires interpreting technical drawings, completing weight calculations and maintaining product documentation. A full UK driving licence is essential, and our hybrid working options offer flexibility.

• Experience in a technical environment, ideally manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Collaborative approach across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Producing weight distribution and turning circle drawings to support tenders and quotations.
• Completing incremental weight calculations.
• Working with Sales, Engineering, chassis suppliers and customers to ensure specifications are accurate.
• Maintaining up-to-date technical and product documentation.
• Providing technical support to the commercial team.
• Supporting customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Delivering factory tours and explaining technical aspects of the business.

Role: Sales Support Engineer
Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE
Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday
Salary: between £30,000 - £32,000 pa DOE

Are you technically minded, detail-focused and confident working with engineering drawings and specifications? We’re looking for a Sales Support Engineer to provide technical expertise throughout the tender, quotation and vehicle specification process

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining up-to-date technical and product documentation
• Providing technical support to the commercial team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a technical environment, ideally manufacturing
• Previous experience within a chassis or bodybuilder engineering environment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• A collaborative approach and confidence working across different teams
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
