Job description

Reports to: Depot Manager / Sales Manager

Depot: LWC Northampton

Overview

To drive new business in the Depot via lead generation and increase customer retention by closely managing Retention Reports and keeping attrition to a minimum.

Main Duties

1. Ensure high standards of customer service, taking and inputting orders efficiently and accurately.
2. Provide key support for account managers by informing them of results from the 5 weekly report, ensuring they stay aware of business retention, and setting up appointments for new business.
3. Review Down Traders and report to Sales Manager.
4. Follow up on actions from reports for Telesales and/or Account Managers.
5. Establish a high standard of customer service by creating initial business relationships with new customers, setting up initial orders, and delivery requirements.
6. Own and resolve customer issues proactively.
7. Support the wider team as the Online Depot Champion.
8. Promote the sale of LWC Drinks' own brand products.
9. Brief office staff and account managers on new brochures and promotional drives.
10. Maintain strong relationships with account managers, assisting in acquiring new business and supporting administrative needs.
11. Produce and maintain the Account Manager Prospect Pipeline.

Knowledge and Experience

1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and record-keeping.
3. Ability to use the Trinity system and LWC Drinks quote system.
4. Good teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills.
5. Knowledge of the drinks industry, products, and the on-trade market.
