The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support sales targets with admin assistance.
  • Maintain organized documents, reports, and trackers.
  • Provide accurate sales and audit reports.
  • Manage weekly invoicing and monthly budget analysis.
  • Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Assist with hotel RFP processes.
  • Load and manage preferential rates.
  • Support diary management and meeting coordination for senior leaders.
  • Maintain secure records on shared drives.
  • Log and organize data meticulously.
