About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Associate to play a pivotal role in driving growth by enabling the senior sales team to focus on closing live deals. You'll work closely with leadership, contribute to client interactions, prepare proposals, coordinate demos, and ensure CRM and sales processes run smoothly. This role offers excellent exposure to the full sales cycle, fund infrastructure, and sophisticated clients - providing you with the skills to build a long-term career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meeting briefs and support follow-ups to strengthen client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot) and track all sales activity.
  • Coordinate and tailor pitch materials with internal teams to enhance presentations.
  • Support live deal workflows, including proposal drafting and scheduling.
  • Learn and deliver product demos, assisting with technical walk-throughs.
  • Source and qualify new leads through outbound activity and events.
  • Track competitor activity and share regular market insights.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and help drive accountability across the team.
