Job summary

New Look in Aberdeen is seeking a Supervisor to work with the Store Manager to deliver the ultimate shopping experience. You will lead a team, role-model exceptional service and help customers look good and express themselves with the latest fashion.

You will champion a friendly, customer-focused environment, support development through our Online Academy, and drive results in a fast-paced retail setting with flexible shift patterns.

About the role:

As a Supervisor with New Look, you will work with your Store Manager to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service, and they want to return back to us. You will inspire your team to ensure that our customers look good and can express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You’ll achieve this by setting exceptional standards and leading your people to deliver high quality results.

About you:

You will be passionate about service and creating a relaxed, friendly and customer focussed experience. As well as championing your own development, seeking out innovative ways to improve your own performance with tailor made development plans from our Online Academy training and support from your Store Manager.

You will have previous retail management experience, gained from a fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering results through a team.
