Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Cardiovascular

is recognized worldwide as industry leaders in advanced 3D cardiac electro anatomical navigation. Guided by the needs of Electrophysiologists, the company has pioneered technological advancements ranging from the first deflectable tip catheter to today's most sophisticated three-dimensional cardiac mapping and navigation systems. They are a key growth driver in the rapidly developing Electrophysiology marketplace. The company maintains strong relationships with customers and has a robust product pipeline.

Purpose of the role

The role involves building territory plans and delivering sales targets within North London, maintaining and developing relationships with clinical and non-clinical customers, and building a strong internal network across J&J MedTech.

What to expect:
  • Achieve sales objectives and targets as per the annual performance cycle.
  • Develop catheter utilization and capital sales in Electrophysiology to increase market share.
  • Differentiate from competitors to gain market share.
  • Implement EMEA marketing strategies, including new product rollouts.
  • Maintain relationships with clinical and economic partners.
  • Understand customer needs at all levels to develop tailored solutions.
  • Ensure local pricing aligns with national strategies and manage tenders.
  • Stay informed about the Electrophysiology marketplace and competitors.
Who are we looking for?
  • Degree in Scientific, Business, Life Science, or Medical fields.
  • Medical sales experience, preferably in a hospital environment, with proven sales achievements.
  • Electrophysiology experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead team strategy and execution calls.
  • Capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge.
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and responsible.
  • Highly motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Skills in forecasting product pipelines.
  • Experience in Cardiovascular and/or Electrophysiology environments is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to develop key customer relationships.
  • Team player and problem solver.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license.
