Job summary

Timberland in Ashford is seeking a Sales Specialist on a permanent basis, 30 hours per week, to deliver memorable customer experiences on the shop floor. You will develop product knowledge and pass it on to junior staff, acting as a buddy to new starters and ensuring brand standards are followed.

You will maintain merchandising standards, stay current with trends, and support store operations while collaborating with the team to create an engaging shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience on a fast-paced shop floor, preferably fashion/lifestyle
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring customers are treated with respect
• Developing knowledge of products and sharing it with junior associates
• Acting as a buddy to new starters and supporting onboarding
• Maintaining merchandising standards per brand guidelines
• Staying up to date with trends and Timberland's market position
• Supporting opening/closing processes as needed
