We’re looking for a resourceful Sales Specialist (perm, part-time 32hr) to join the Timberland team in Brent Cross, London. Our Sales Specialists (or Senior Sales Associates) are trailblazers on our shop floor who inspire customers and support junior sales associates while maintaining high standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
• Develop thorough knowledge of store products and pass this knowledge on to junior associates
• Act as a buddy to new starters, helping support onboarding
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Stay up to date with current trends and the brand’s market position
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room
• Occasionally support the management team with opening and closing processes

What makes you the perfect Sales Specialist?

• You enjoy interacting with customers and set a positive example with a hands-on, passionate approach to delivering a great customer experience
• You have a positive can-do attitude and handle all situations in the store
• You are passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail in general
• You have at least 1 year of experience working on a fast-paced shop floor, ideally from a fashion or lifestyle background
• You have excellent written and verbal communication in English (another language is a plus but not required)
• You are flexible with weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary
