Role Summary – Solutions Executive (Sales – Bioinformatics/AI) Join a fast-growing AI health-tech startup on a mission to accelerate drug discovery and improve patient outcomes.
This client-facing role blends science and sales, perfect for a technical communicator ready to generate leads, deliver product demos, and design tailored bioinformatics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business via outreach, demos, and solution design
Act as a technical advisor for cloud-based bioinformatics tools
Translate customer needs into scalable, multi-omics-driven solutions
Collaborate with commercial and project teams to close deals
Maintain CRM and contribute to sales collateral
You Bring:
MSC + 2+ years in sales or client-facing bioinformatics roles OR (PHD + demonstrated experience to communicate solutions)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, organised mindset
Ability to "speak science" with researchers and technical stakeholders
Bonus Points:
Background in bioinformatics or computational biology
Coding/cloud infrastructure know-how
Experience in multi-omics, imaging, or ML
Hubspot CRM experience
