Job summary

B&Q Kings Lynn is seeking a Sales & Service Team Manager to lead front end, showroom and TradePoint teams, delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth. You will build an inclusive, high-performing team and champion our customer-centric culture to make every customer count.

The role requires managing large store operations, coaching colleagues, and ensuring safety and compliance across shifts, with a permanent contract and a competitive package including bonus and pension.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large part of our store operation, shaping the customer experience and driving service excellence through a newly formed team of Shift Leads.
• Inspire the ‘Make Every Customer Count’ agenda as a daily habit with the wider store team.
• Lead and inspire teams across Showrooms, TradePoint + Front end to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee safety, security + compliance routines across the store through your shift lead team.
