Job summary

B&Q Norwich Boundary Road is looking for a Sales Team Manager to drive commercial delivery on the trading floor and coach colleagues to make every customer count. You will lead end-to-end stock management, range changes and promotions, and use sales data and loyalty insights to review performance.
