Job summary

schuh is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for our Bluewater Kids store. You will deliver excellent customer service, greet customers, share product knowledge and help drive sales during the festive period.

Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is required. Full training will be provided; previous experience isn’t essential. You’ll process payments, manage stock and assist with shop floor merchandising while upholding high standards.

We have an exciting opportunity for Temporary Sales Assistant to join our store in Bluewater Kids.

Candidates must have flexibility both weekdays and weekends and availability through the full festive period.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
