Stryker Uk Limited is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive growth for the Foot & Ankle portfolio across Yorkshire and surrounding regions. The role emphasizes meeting sales objectives, building relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, and executing cross-divisional strategies to capture new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a clinical background or proven sales success, strong understanding of anatomy, and a full UK driving license.

We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated individual who will be responsible for continuing to drive growth of Stryker’s Foot & Ankle business across Yorkshire.

Primarily you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for accounts within defined territory geography.

You will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace by building and maintaining strong business relationships with key surgeons and HCP’s.

You will need to be capable of managing a high-volume activity, drive market growth in line with expectations and implement cross divisional strategy to capture new business growth.

United Kingdom Pay Range:

• £33,300 - £55,600 GBP Annual

At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step. Compensation is an important part of that process and we want to be clear about how pay is determined. The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
