Stryker Foot & Ankle is seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive growth across Yorkshire. You will meet and exceed sales objectives, represent Stryker as a market leader, and build strong relationships with surgeons and HCPs.

This field-based role requires excellent communication, a clinical background or proven sales success, good knowledge of anatomy, workshop and training skills, strong commercial acumen, and a full UK driving license. Travel is around 90%.

We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated individual who will be responsible for continuing to drive growth of Stryker’s Foot & Ankle business across Yorkshire.

Primarily you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for accounts within defined territory geography.

You will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace by building and maintaining strong business relationships with key surgeons and HCP’s.

You will need to be capable of managing a high-volume activity, drive market growth in line with expectations and implement cross divisional strategy to capture new business growth.

United Kingdom Pay Range:

• £33,300 - £55,600 GBP Annual

At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step. Compensation is an important part of that process and we want to be clear about how pay is determined. The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
