Job summary

Stryker Uk Limited is seeking a talented field-based sales professional to grow its Foot & Ankle business across the North East of England. You will meet and exceed sales objectives while building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

The role requires capability to manage high-volume activity, work across NHS and private sectors, and drive market growth with cross-divisional strategies. 100% travel is expected in a significant territory.

We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated sales professional who will be responsible for continuing to drive growth of Stryker's Foot & Ankle business across the North East of England.

Primarily you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for accounts within defined territory geography.

You will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace by building and maintaining strong business relationships with key surgeons and HCPs.

You will need to be capable of managing a high-volume activity, drive market growth in line with expectations and implement cross divisional strategy to capture new business growth.

This is a significant & fast-growing territory, there is huge potential across the territory both within the NHS and the private sector.

What you need?

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept in building relationships
• Either experience within a clinical role and looking to move into sales, or proven successful medical sales experience
• Experience in team working must be demonstrated
• Workshop/demonstration skills/training skills
• Commercial acumen
• A full, valid UK drivers license

United Kingdom Pay Range:

• United Kingdom: £33,300 - £55,600 GBP Annual

At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step. Compensation is an important part of that process and we want to be clear about how pay is determined. The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker's comprehensive benefits package.
