Sales & Purchase Ledger Administrator

Salary: £23,500.00 - £25,500.00

Hours: 37.5

Location: Leicester (Syston)

Role Overview

As a Sales & Purchase Ledger Administrator, your key responsibilities include processing supplier invoices and credit notes, raising supplier payments via Bacs, Cheque, or Faster Payment, reconciling statements, allocating payments, reviewing GRNI, and liaising with internal and external customers. You will report to the Purchase Ledger Lead Administrator.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. At Flogas, despite our fossil fuels background, we are transitioning towards delivering 100% renewable energy by 2040. We support our customers in reducing carbon emissions and are exploring new technologies like heat pumps, solar panels, bio-fuels, and renewable gases. Minimum Requirements
  • Inputting invoices and credit notes into Codas
  • Matching supplier invoices to Purchase Orders
  • Completing statement reconciliations
  • Setting up templates for faster payments
  • Allocating payments
