haart Spalding is seeking a Move Manager / Sales Progressor to organise and oversee the sales progression process from offer to completion. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with buyers, solicitors and mortgage brokers, and ensure timely updates across the branch.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in administrative roles within property industry.
• Experience in Estate Agency/Residential Lettings preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of branch sales progression.
• Assisting with and processing home sales from offer to completion.
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders in the home-moving process.
• Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience.
