Spicerhaart Colchester Head Office is seeking a Sales Progressor to act as the vital link between buyers, sellers, and key stakeholders in the home buying journey. You will manage multiple sales stages, chase necessary parties, and ensure timely progression to completion.

You will register client details, gather documents, and maintain clear communication to keep everyone informed and the process moving smoothly. This role offers a clear path for progression within the property industry.

Qualifications

• A demonstrable track record in an administrative or client-facing role.
• Knowledge of estate agency, residential lettings, or the home buying process (preferred).
• A reputation for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong organisational and multi-case management skills.
• Proactive attitude and desire to learn and progress in property.

Responsibilities

• Registering client details and keeping accurate records.
• Managing multiple property sales at various stages of progression.
• Coordinating with mortgage advisers, solicitors, buyers and vendors.
• Gathering required documents such as proof of ID and mortgage agreements.
• Ensuring documentation is in place and progressing sales to completion.
• Maintaining regular communication with all parties to ensure smooth transactions.
