Sales Progressor

We are looking for a Sales Progressor to join our team in Docklands and City.

Our employees are meticulous, highly professional, and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. We have a track record of success in marketing at a national and international level, with over half of our business coming through referral and recommendation. Trusted for generations, we have specialised in selling residential property in London and the South of England for 150 years.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Progressor to join our thriving residential real estate team in Docklands. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions by liaising with sellers, purchasers, solicitors, and other stakeholders during the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee property sales from offer acceptance to completion.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for purchasers, sellers, estate agents, and solicitors.
  3. Ensure all relevant transactional documentation is in place.
  4. Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays in the conveyancing process.
  5. Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to all parties.
About You:
  1. Proven experience in a similar role within the residential property sector or in conveyancing.
  2. Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  3. The ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Experience of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
