Job summary

An exciting opportunity has risen for a Sales Progressor at our multi-award winning prestigious client, based in Edwinstowe.

Their expanding team are looking to add someone with a proven track record of providing the highest levels of Customer Service within their thriving branch.

Job Role:

* Negotiating and updating multiple parties.

* Progressing property sales to exchange and completion

* Chase up and down the chain and speaking to other estate agents

* Ensuring all customer requirements are handled in a professional manner, always looking to exceed expectations.

* Managing enquiries, general administration & problem solving

* All other duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

* Have experience working of within the property industry.

* Have a proven track record of excellent customer service.

* Have an understanding of the property market in Edwinstowe and surrounding areas.

* Highly skilled in customer service with a confident telephone and face-to-face manner.

* Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.

* Be organised and professional with solid attention to detail and time management.

* Be an individual who is very driven.

* Be able to confidently work under pressure.

* A full UK driving license would be required, along with access to own transport.

Hour of Work:

* Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm & every third Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Remuneration:

* My client is offering an industry leading package with a competitive basic salary of £22k and realistic OTE of £32k.

This position is working within a very busy office, so you must be confident when working under pressure.
