  • Identify and develop AI-enabled opportunities where Artificial Intelligence, Generative Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, agentic technologies or automation can create measurable business value.
  • Contribute to industry growth strategies, strategic propositions, alliance engagement and market-facing business development.
  • Own assigned opportunities from inception to closure, with accountability for client engagement, sales strategy, opportunity progression and commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and execute focused growth plans across strategic target accounts, net-new logo opportunities, renewal and expansion opportunities, and strategic propositions and offers.
  • Create, qualify and progress a strong pipeline capable of supporting agreed top-line sales targets.
  • Lead the client and commercial direction of opportunities, including value proposition development, commercial positioning, negotiation and closure activities.
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships that support sustainable revenue growth and trusted-adviser status.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives, Client Partners, Industry Cloud Partners, Presales Solution teams, alliance partners and other specialists to shape differentiated client propositions.
  • Deliver profitable growth in revenue and bookings across the assigned portfolio.
Success measures
  • Achievement of agreed top-line sales targets.
  • Delivery of profitable growth in revenue and bookings.
  • Development and progression of a strong, qualified pipeline.
  • Growth across strategic target accounts and net-new logo opportunities.
  • Growth through renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Successful positioning and growth of strategic propositions and offers.

Your profile and experience

  • Demonstrable experience originating, structuring and winning complex technology transformation opportunities, including leading and closing deals ranging from approximately £100,000 to £10 million.
  • Experience selling cloud transformation, cybersecurity, digital workplace, infrastructure, enterprise service management or related technology services.
  • A track record of developing proactive sales propositions, client growth strategies, proposals and responses to formal procurement processes.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders and operate effectively within large, matrixed organisations.
  • Understanding of emerging Artificial Intelligence, Generative Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, agentic technologies and automation, and their application to enterprise transformation.
