Join Our Growing Team

MJP Electrical Services Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing electrical company based in Bristol, known for excellence. We are expanding and focused on delivering outstanding customer service. If you want to make a significant impact in a thriving business, this is the opportunity for you.

Role Overview:

We seek sales professionals with a proven track record, highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused. Your role will be crucial in converting sales inquiries and scheduling engineering jobs to support our operations and growth.

Vision: Enhancing lives through outstanding electrical services.

Flexible Working Patterns: We are looking for teams to cover 7 days, 8 AM to 8 PM. Options include PT or FT, Office, Hybrid, or Remote. Core hours are 10-2 pm, Monday to Friday, for part-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support management in implementing the company's vision and delivering exceptional services.
  2. Collaborate within high-performing teams.
  3. Develop and deliver services meeting world-class standards.
  4. Contribute positively to the company's vision, mission, and strategy.
  5. Drive change, communication, continuous improvement, and team motivation.
  6. Review and optimize working standards for efficiency.

Specific Roles:

  1. Handle incoming calls and inquiries promptly, providing value.
  2. Guide customers on suitable services.
  3. Gather feedback via outbound calls post-project.
  4. Respond swiftly to email inquiries, including from Check-a-trade and Google.
  5. Update customers on job statuses.
  6. Log inquiries and requests in company systems.
  7. Schedule jobs and prepare weekly engineer schedules.
  8. Collaborate with engineers to ensure outstanding service.
  9. Onboard new staff and ensure feedback questionnaires are completed.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience
  • Experience in electrical services preferred but not essential
  • Proven success in sales
  • CRM and marketing system competence
  • Knowledge of Service M8 preferred but training provided

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Proactive, customer-focused, detail-oriented
