Role Overview:

We are seeking highly organized, proactive sales representatives focused on customer service. Your role will be crucial for operational efficiency and scalability, involving converting sales inquiries and scheduling engineering jobs.

Flexible Working Patterns

We require teams to cover 7 days, 8 AM to 8 PM. Options include Office, Hybrid, or Remote working. Core hours are 10-2pm, Monday to Friday, for part-time availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support management in implementing the company's vision and delivering exceptional services.
  • Collaborate within high-performing teams.
  • Contribute to proactive development and service delivery meeting high standards.
  • Impact the company's vision, mission, and operational strategy positively.
  • Drive change, communication, continuous improvement, and team motivation.
  • Review, enhance, and optimize working standards for efficiency.

Specific Roles

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Guide customers on suitable services.
  • Conduct outbound calls for feedback post-project.
  • Respond swiftly to email inquiries, including from Check-a-trade and Google.
  • Update customers on job statuses.
  • Log inquiries and service requests accurately.
  • Schedule jobs and organize weekly engineer schedules.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure outstanding service.
  • Onboard new staff effectively.
  • Ensure feedback questionnaires are completed in real-time.
