Job summary

Huws Gray Group is seeking a friendly Sales Person at our Leeds Headingly branch. You’ll talk to customers in person and over the phone, offer expert advice, and tailor solutions with quotes and follow-ups to grow branch sales.

You’ll bring customer service experience, enjoy building relationships, and learn about building materials through on-the-job training. We support flexible working discussions and value every team member.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials would be a bonus
• Willing to learn and training provided

• Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice
• Creating tailored solutions that include preparing quotes, following up enquiries, and developing leads
• Keeping things running smoothly by managing essential admin

Whatyou’llbring:

You’ll bring some previous customer service experience, and while sales experience or knowledge of building materials would be a bonus, it isn’t essential.
