Bentley is offering an Industrial Placement in Sales Performance & Operations based in Crewe. You'll join a cohort of around 93 trainees in Bentley's Early Careers intake, working in a hybrid setup.

Based at Crewe HQ, you'll gain hands-on experience in end-to-end Bentley business, develop data-driven insights, build dashboards, and collaborate with global teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a 2:1 degree in Business Management, Economics, Mathematics or related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness.
• Interest in sales, business operations, analytics and project management.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Sales Performance and Steering teams with reporting and data analysis, identifying trends, opportunities and risks, communicating clear performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business.
• Owning the creation and distribution of regional performance review content, building strong relationships with colleagues at head office and around the world.
• Bringing data to life by creating visually impactful reporting and dashboards that transform complex information into clear, actionable business insights.
• Leading business improvement projects, working cross-functionally to streamline processes, maximise efficiencies and deliver measurable business value.
• Supporting future Bentley product launches by contributing to the planning and execution of key commercial activities.
