Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Sales Order Processor to join a global cables company in Camden Town. You will process customer orders, ensure accurate input into the order management system, and liaise with Sales Executives and internal teams.

Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:30, with training and progression opportunities. The role offers a salary between £28,000 and £30,000, plus company benefits and a company bonus.

Qualifications

• Confident using computer systems.
• Commutable to Camden.

Are you a Sales Order Processor or similar looking to join a global cables company, working in a fast-paced office environment with full product and systems training, clear progression opportunities and a company bonus structure?

This global cable supplier provides power, data and control cable solutions to industries including rail, mining, renewables, construction and infrastructure. Operating across over 130 countries worldwide, the business is recognised for its technical expertise, quality assurance and project support.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring information is correctly entered into the order management system and identifying any discrepancies requiring clarification. You will work closely with Sales Executives, internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries, maintain accurate records and ensure orders are processed efficiently while providing a high level of customer service.

This role would suit a Sales Administrator or similar with previous sales administration, order processing and data entry experience, looking to join a growing business with full training on cables and internal systems.

The Role:
