You will act as the linchpin between field sales, internal teams, and head office, ensuring seamless coordination, data integrity, and effective project management across key accounts, DSOs, and national initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a broad role with scope to grow into strategic account management, with full support and training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately take and process customer orders
  • Ensure all order details are complete (account numbers, delivery addresses, etc.)
  • Act as a backup contact for clients when sales reps are unavailable
  • Project Coordination
  • Assist with managing large-scale client rollouts and strategic accounts
  • Coordinate DSO training schedules and event logistics
  • Liaise with reps to ensure all tasks are completed and deadlines met
  • Data & Reporting
  • Gather, clean, and analyse sales data
  • Produce reports for Area Sales Managers and leadership teams
  • Follow up with team members on incomplete data or inconsistencies
  • Lead & Event Follow-Up
  • Track and ensure timely follow-up of leads from events and campaigns
  • Distribute leads to the correct team members and monitor progress
  • Act as a point of contact for UK-HQ coordination (e.g. trips, form submissions)
  • Chase team members for required inputs to support internal processes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks
  • Confident communicator—comfortable chasing stakeholders for updates
  • Proven organisational and coordination ability
  • Comfortable learning technical product information
  • Previous experience in admin, operations, customer service or sales support roles

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience working in dental, medical device, or technical product environments
  • Experience working with CRM or ERP systems
  • Event or training coordination background

Personal Attributes

  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and accountable
  • Clear, confident communicator across all levels
  • Calm under pressure and solution-focused
  • Eager to learn and grow into more client-facing responsibilities
  • Enjoys “making things work” and bringing structure to complexity
