We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in our Headoffice UK/London-City as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual, to play a significant role in supporting our sales efforts and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Manage and update sales data, including customer and prospect information, sales pipeline, and forecasting data
  2. Subscription Management: Overseeing the management of customer subscriptions, ensuring accurate billing and compliance
  3. Order Processing and Control: Ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies
  4. Sales Tools Administration: Managing sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized by the sales team
  5. Renewal Handling: Managing the renewal process for existing customers, ensuring timely and efficient renewals to maintain customer retention and satisfaction
  6. 1- 2 years relevant experience in Sales Operations, within the IT industry- is mandatory
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while keeping an eye on quality
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong phone and email etiquette with a customer-centric approach
  9. Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  10. Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional support to customers
  11. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude
  13. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and technology quickly
  14. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, and CRM software (Salesforce), with strong data entry and reporting skills
