Spicerhaart is seeking a proactive sales lead to support the Operations Manager and the PX-GC team. You will drive new business, manage client relationships and mentor the sales team to help the business hit its targets. You may step in for the Operations Manager when needed.

Basic salary is £28,000 per year with on-target earnings of £40,000. This full-time role offers opportunities to develop within a high-performance environment and to contribute to client-facing projects and industry events.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Build and develop long‑term business relationships with new and existing clients.
• Support Operations Manager, BDMs and the wider team to improve performance and service levels.
• Motivate and monitor performance to achieve targets.
• Attend client meetings and presentations as required.
• Drive new business opportunities and expand accounts.
