About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Sales Operations Executive with a passion for building efficient systems and translating sales workflows into smart Salesforce solutions. In this role, you’ll be the Salesforce go-to for the commercial team—optimizing sales processes, troubleshooting issues, and enabling performance visibility through dashboards.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for our Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.
- Translate sales team needs into scalable Salesforce workflows and automations.
- Build, improve, and maintain dashboards to visualize weekly performance and revenue tracking.
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure system integrity through regular QA and sandbox testing.
- Partner with commercial leaders to continuously improve the sales funnel.
- Identify and implement improvements in CRM adoption and data quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, especially Sales Cloud.
- Ability to design and optimize workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Growth mindset with a keen eye for process improvement.
- Familiarity with campaign management on Meta, Google Ads, or DV360 is a bonus.
- Comfortable navigating fast-changing environments with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
