TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-driven Sales Order Executive to join our Majors team in the UK. This role goes beyond order processing, focusing on accuracy, relationship-building, and delivering reliable results.

You will support daily sales activities, manage queries with professionalism, and collaborate with Internal Sales to meet targets. The position offers hybrid working, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales orders, including electronic order handling.
• Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets.
• Prioritize tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
• Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
• Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams.
• Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
• Proactively support the business, including working shift patterns as required.
