Job summary

DeepL, a global AI product and language platform, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to empower its worldwide sales organization from its UK base. You will partner with Account Executives, Sales Development, and Customer Success to keep deals moving and data accurate.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales support or CRM operations, Salesforce knowledge, and a practical service mindset. You’ll work in a hybrid London setup, with extended quarter- and year-end hours, and a culture that values

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in sales support, sales operations, revenue operations or CRM administration.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, and a good feel for how a sales process runs.
• Genuine service mindset with clear boundaries: help a seller solve their problem and show them how to do it.
• Ownership: drive issues to resolution.
• Comfortable working conversationally in Slack with multiple threads.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Operations support channel in Slack for your region.
• Diagnose requests end to end and involve Operations, Salesforce Administration or Finance when you can't.
• Help sellers navigate Salesforce: opportunities, quotes, accounts and the sales process.
• Investigate and correct data quality issues before they hold up a deal.
• Build simple documentation and guides so sellers can help themselves next time.
• Flag recurring issues to enable root-cause fixes.
• Provide extended support at quarter-end and year-end, up to 11pm UK time on the final day of the quarter.
