Job description

We are looking for a full time Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lothian Motorcoaches in the West of Edinburgh. Lothian Motorcoaches offers premium private hire solutions for all occasions, operating as part of the Lothian Group.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full Administrative support to the Coaching and Touring Management team including:
  • Answering all incoming calls and emails.
  • Liaising with all external customers and dealing with booking enquiries.
  • Manage the booking diary and ensure all coach scheduling is accurate.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Managing staff uniform and stationery orders.
  • Drafting documents on behalf of the management team as required: including meeting documents, letters, and notes.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualification in administration preferred or equivalent workplace experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task and a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in using all Microsoft Office packages.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • The ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Driving licence essential.

What we will offer you as our Sales & Operations Coordinator:

  • Salary £27,500 PA.
  • Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (37.5 hrs per week) Based in our Newbridge Depot.
