Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales office or internal sales team.
• Proven ability to oversee end-to-end order processing and pricing.
• Strong data accuracy and CRM reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.
• Intermediate Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day workload of a six-person sales team.
• Oversee the full sales order process from enquiry to invoicing.
• Ensure orders are processed in Sage 200 and maintain pricing structures.
• Produce weekly/monthly sales and margin reports.
• Act as escalation point for customer issues and disputes.
