Job summary

Sharps Fitted Furniture is seeking a Sales Office Administrator in Bagshot. The role involves coordinating Sales Designer appointments, supporting scheduling operations, and liaising between the office and over 200 designers nationwide from our Bagshot and Wolverhampton locations.

It is a full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) with weekend availability. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will be part of a busy team, using a PC, and prioritising and multitasking to keep the sales

Qualifications

• Experience in busy office environment.
• PC literate, able to prioritise, organise and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Booking and managing all Sales Designer appointments.
• Act as a vital link between the office, 200+ Designers nationwide, showroom teams and Head Office locations.
• Support scheduling operations across Bagshot and Wolverhampton sites.
